Avangard Fiber Tech Factory
The factory is located in 10th of Ramadan City — Second Industrial Zone (B), on an area of more than 17,000 square metres.
The factory is equipped with advanced production lines developed by internationally recognized manufacturers, integrating cutting-edge Russian technology in the production of high-performance GFRP rebars and profiles.

The Team Behind the Factory
Our factory is powered by a team of highly skilled professionals with extensive expertise in GFRP manufacturing. Working under the direct guidance of experts from the Russian Avangard company, the team ensures efficient technology transfer and the implementation of world-class manufacturing standards
Quality Control Unit
The factory is distinguished by having a specialised quality control management team comprising a selection of experts and specialists, operating under the supervision of a supreme advisory board from the largest specialised consulting offices.
The laboratory is equipped with the latest measuring and testing devices to ensure the quality of the final product. The factory has also contracted with the Engineering Centre of one of Egypt's major university faculties of engineering to conduct urgent and experimental tests.

Manufacturing Technology
